This was just asked to HR and if they have a training schedule they are keeping it secret! Everyone assumes class dates here but there is nothing being put out

Registered Travel Companion = No documentation and travels on a lower priority than you or your spouse/domestic partner but higher than buddy pass. They pay something similar to yield fare. This is how it was at Mesaba. Not sure on exact details with SkyWest.

Domestic Partner = Requires proof of partnership for past 6 months at a minimum, e.g.. checking account, morgatge, apartment lease contract and a lot of other things. They travel on the same priority as you do...usually S3C for Delta Connection carriers with your date of hire. You pay imputed income but it's usually quite a bit cheaper than yield fare like a buddy pass or Registered Travel companion. Again, this was the deal between Mesaba and Delta back in the day.
Travel companion travels on the same priority as you do. Same as a spouse or domestic partner. They just have to pay the yield fare.

My travel companion travels at S3 and even gets three S2 passes per year like I do. She can bump my parents and my parents don't get the S2 passes. It's a pretty good deal but the international flights are expensive unless they're a domestic partner or spouse.

No Delta Connection carrier employee travels as S3 on mainline. I'm sure you mean they travel as S3 on SkyWest airplanes just like Endeavor employees travel as S3 on Endeavor planes. If you're traveling on mainline you'll be S3C at best. Or if you're going to use one of your three S2's of course.

You can get S2's on mainline? I think we can only get them on our metal.

Note: Endeavor....... lmfao! I saw my first jet in ORD with the new logo, it looked ridiculous. Some may disagree but I liked the Pinnacle Logo.

We don't get S2 on mainline. Sorry you are mistaken. Only S2 on Skywest metal.

As per Skywest travel manual (page 63)

B. SkyWest-operated Delta Connection S2 Boarding Priority Flight Days (All employees)
1) Employees, their spouse/domestic partner/Travel Companion, and dependent children are eligible for annual travel at an upgraded S2 boarding priority on SkyWest-operated Delta Connection flights.
2) Employees with less than 10 years of service are awarded three S2 flight days per year.
3) Employees with 10 or more years of service are awarded six S2 flight days per year.

Seems like you have/had to be a wholly owned carrier to get S2 on mainline. When Mesaba was owned by Delta we got 3 S2 passes per year on mainline. So far there's been no announcement for Endeavor to get S2 passes. So maybe it was a thing of the past? Still, S2 passes on your own metal is a good thing.
