Getting a SAD means next to nothing, but it still should be removed from CS hands.
I'm not helping out this summer, I don't even remember last summer. 8 hour local for double time...maybe.

Is there any accountability, audit, or oversight whatsoever by any independent party when it comes to this online voting website for the pay package?
I just went to cast my vote on the website, and my internet browser (Chrome) threw up a bunch of warnings about outdated encryption, and obsolete security settings.
Needless to say, this doesn't exactly engender confidence in the integrity of the vote. Am I alone on this one?

Lessseee, SKYW spends 1 million plus a year on SAPA. SAPA conducts "vote" on pay package worth a whole lot more than that. What do you think?

Checking in late is not grounds for a SAD unless there are operational consequences (late flight, missed DHD, reserve called out). If you're going to be more than ten late might be a good idea to call CS and tell them you'll be there in 15 or whatever so they don't call a reserve. Then ask them to transfer you to your crewmember and let him/her know so they can get the plane ready. Unless you're on their "ten most wanted list" they're more interested in the problem solving itself than handing out SADs.

You sound frightened. You know these things only work when everyone fears them or is singled out. Pilot goals should include getting one of these per month each. Take the power away. It's pretty simple if you think about it. Why should breaking of rules be allowed one way only? Seems only fair.
