I can't believe that 40% of the pilots voted yes. There is way too much of a "that's the best we are going to get" attitude! They are not going to give you anything you don't fight for.
Some of you will find a way to be negative no matter what.
This gives us another chance to educate some of the yes voters. Many of the yes votes were those hired over the past year. Other's were senior guys who are brain washed into thinking they have to vote yes to ensure their lifer status.

40 percent of the pilots didn't vote yes, 40 percent (actually 39 percent) of the 86 percent of the eligible pilots voted yes. In normal election wisdom that's a high turnout, and the no vote would be considered a landslide. Why the turnout wasn't closer to 100 percent is another matter.
