At the interview if it goes well do they give you the option for crj or the 175? I would like to be based in ORD would one be better than the other?
I would like the 175 but base is most important to me.
Also. do any of you guys know possible class dates in september or October or is that to far out?
Skywest is definitely my number one choice so I Hope the interview goes well.
Thanks again for the information.

175 would be better seniority wise and trip wise. You'd be stuck flying the 200 for a long time on crj. ORD 175 is very attainable right now. Only one transition in class for June all the rest are new hires. People know they are going to upgrade soonish (it's about 4 years now and dropping) so they tend to stay on their equipment
Ok great thanks! ORD and the 175 would be perfect! Time to sketch a turbine engine haha. Thanks guys

CRJ. The ejet new hires will likely be on reserve for a while in all bases. Even ORD. depends on growth and transfers in.

Since we voted the pay package down all rumors of additional aircraft have disappeared.

If you can fog a mirror and have the minimums, you're on.

What would motivate Mgt. to come back and offer more? They can raise signing bonus at will. Why not get same service at lower cost? Maybe just the mission statement of "Employer of choice."
