Yeah but the OP's question still remains, where all these people going??

JetBlue isn't hiring so many that could absorbe 20 a month, every month, from every regional or are they????

Just read on another board that the most junior Capt at Spirit was hired in Sept 2011. Now that's a fast upgrade! Not surprised many SKW pilots used to the left seat would be attracted to Spirit with that movement... I think JB's upgrade time is 7-10 years depending upon fleet and base. Still faster than any major. SWA has a 15-20 year upgrade.

Your data on the Mig is inaccurate...

I mean data on the Majors. US Airways has 1 1/2 year CA's, understand it is on the 190. New hires can get the 75/76 and make over 100k second year with 16% 401K contribution.

I know American and US Airways both have new hires every few weeks.

I bet a few are going there.

The only Skywest guy I've flown with at Atlas was ex-military. Not many of you are here. That being said, come on over!
