Avg SkyWest Capt Pay - 6-7yr

I know what the pay rates are but trying to figure out what the average 6-7 year Capt pay is at SKW on the RJ.

Thanks!

I found this on APC; Most junior CRJ captain hired: Sep 2006 (MSP).

I'm a 3/07 hire and I have a been a captain for a couple of years. To answer the OP's question, I made about $60,000 on the EMB-120.

It depends on how much you decide to fly. It's like asking what's the average temperature of the USA? It depends.

I know this guy who did that in the right seat of the jet one time.

It really depends how much you want to work. You want to work minimum guarantee? Then add 3 zeros to the end of the hourly rate and that's what you're looking at pre-tax.

I don't think we have any 6-7 year captains on the RJ... Even the Brasilia upgrade time is getting close to 7 years now.

Ya. I did last year and should do even more this year. Right seat RJ.
Gotta get creative and hunt for soft time.

That's pathetic. Regional FO pay was never meant to go beyond 2-3 years, yet here we are.

XJT is under the INC umbrella. $100K isn't that hard after 7 or 8 years on the ERJ if you pick up some 200% trips here and there and work the soft time pay. I averaged about 15 days off a month last year if you include vacation.
