Default Skywest pilots, quick question

On a Skywest CRJ-700 operated as Delta Connection, is there an extra O2 mask (for infants or F/A's) on only the right side of the aircraft (seats C & D in coach), and is it every row?

Thanks.

Whiplash obviously doesn't fly the CRJ.

Infants in arms must be seated on the right side of the aircraft because of the extra mask. Did a FA ask you to move or tell you to keep the baby in the other seats with the wife?

Delta told me when I went to list the infant in arms. I wish they would put an asterisk or something on the left side seats, or mention it in some way prior to booking.

I don't know whether this is specific to Skywest CRJ's, or all CRJ's - but either way, it was pretty annoying to see that there were 4-6 open seats on the left side, but none on the right.

I just wanted to see if it was for real. Look like it is. Thanks for the reply, Utah.

doesn't matter what you pick, when you walk in the cabin, the FA won't let you sit on the left side with an infant.

and it's not a SKW thing. it's a CRJ thing.

Why is it pretty annoying that your baby have oxygen? At least they told you listed the infant in arms. Most times they wait until you are boarding the aircraft. In some RJs, those masks are only every 3rd row.

Because then the dang thing wakes up and makes noise instead of sleeping peacefully through the depressurization event.

If you got bumped on standby due to that then it's pretty crappy. Gate agents put people with lap babies on the wrong side all the time and the flight attendants just ask people to move. They could also just switch someone's seat at the gate. You had a pretty awful gate agent if she wouldn't let you and your family on the plane because there were no open seats on the right. Someone would have moved for you.

See if you can talk to the captain if that happens again. You'd probably get on if the pilots knew about it.

Endeavor has the extra mask on both sides.
