You say that like it's just sooooo easy.... If I'm going to be stuck, I'd rather be stuck at a decent company. Having worked at both Mesa and Skywest, I can assure you one company is wayyyy better than the other.

What happens when the music stops and you are stuck with the FO pay and QOL? Call me a son of the lost aviation decade but I'm going where the QOL is better.
