CJO
At what point should the CJO be considered an offer? In other jobs, I have received an offer letter to sign. Does this happen here? My class is on 8/8 and I need to give my current employer two weeks notice and I want to do it soon so I can wrap things up at home.

I asked them about a letter as well and was told one was coming this week. I also start in August. Already gave notice at my job but need the letter so I can prove to a mortgage lender that I will be gainfully employed.

Conditional upon background chk and drug test.

Here was my timeline:
I interviewed 28 March with an early April CJO call. Within a week I received an email letter that I had to print, sign, scan and send back. Just this week I received another CJO letter that I had to sign electronically (nothing to print out - through iCIMS) Class start date 1 August. Hope this helps. |

My experience about the same. Call end of May, CJO within a week. Just electronically signed a job offer through icims yesterday. Start 1 Aug. See you there!

Mine did, as did for most of the guys in my interview group. Others, it happened after. I think their process is changing over time as they have ramped up hiring. Friends hired a year ago, didn't drug test until after the CJO.

Thanks. I'm waiting for the decision on Wednesday and that was something that was bothering me. My references were called, but no drug test yet.
