Southwest requires a headset that's TSO'd, and the Harmony isn't yet.

If you guys have company headsets on the plane just use whatever headset you want then if a management/FAA type wants to ride along just use the ship set.

Exactly. Carry the telex and use what you want. The telex hardly takes up any space as a backup.

I’m planning on using my halo (keep 850 in bag). Do people really get caught up on TSO?

Some do. Mine was pre-TSO. All the writing is gone off the volume box. If anyone asks...it's TSO.

I have a HALO for my backup pair for when my Clarity Aloft need repairs -- to often. Need to send the Halo back to have the microphone gain turned down though. Way too much background noise when I have my intercom on.
