Confused- Interview?
 

I got a email from SWA to fill out more info ( SS#, DL#, more work history) which seems like a good thing and I initially thought was an interview invite. My status has gone from "under review" to " in progress" ( again, which I have seen to be a very good thing) but my pilot cred profile didn't populate any other tabs for more info or to pick an interview date.

Has anyone had this happen before? I'm worried I may have somehow fallen through the cracks.

Some have suggested that the invite email and tabs will populate after interview dates/times are chosen by SWA and offered to the candidates. And, Yes, I have checked my spam folder and my email religiously:)

Where did you have to fill out "more info?" Was it on your pilotcredentials profile? If so, they were probably telling you that your application was incomplete. Under review and in progress are good things. You wont see the other tabs open until you receive the letter for an interview. They tell you in that email to check your pilotcredentials for additional tabs (sometimes takes a few hours to populate) to select the day and time you want.

If they want you, they'll email you. Its just a waiting game from here. Keep checking that status, and if you see it go to complete without getting the invite email, then you can assume they passed on you this go around.

It was actually a seperate link within icims and was not within pilot cred. It had certain areas highlighted. I went to OBAP and met with rocky. He said it looked good. Nothing is incomplete on pilot cred that I can see either.

Well, not a whole lot of response to this thread and I'm guessing that those of you reading the boards probably haven't had this happen. I did try to email/call the HR person but haven't received a response yet.

So, I'll ask another question: Have any of you who have had interviews noticed your status go to "in progress" but NOT have an interview invite?

Same thing happened to me. I was hoping someone else would have chimed in. I'm assuming it's some sort of pre-screening, or perhaps we're in the "maybe" pile. It's certainly not a TBNT at this point.

I interviewed a few weeks back. I never noticed my status change from received submission to in progress. Mine however went from received submission to under review in the morning, then I recieved the invite to interview a few hours later. Subsequently I interviewed, was offered the job two weeks later, accepted and was given a class date and my status still says under review...FWIW.

My status shows "under review" and I just received an interview invite via email. Status still shows "under review".

Ok - quick update on the above. This request came strictly from HR, not Flight Ops. Was told not to read too much into it; doesn't mean anything good or bad. In my estimation, any thing that isn't TBNT isn't bad.

Yes. Too many people rely on what the icims status says. Relax, enjoy life and be patient. Just wait for the email from SWA Pilot Credentials for the invite and then if you interview, wait for your board date (hardest thing to do) and hopefully get a call around 1600 EST.
