So...I interviewed recently, I hope things went well. Anybody know when they start calling references/drug test, and is this still a good indication of getting a CJO?

I just got hired. Interviewed on a Wednesday. References and past employers called the next week, pria went out around that time as well. I didn’t do the drug test until after I was offered the job. Goodluck sir, hope the info helps.

I interviewed on the 6th and references were called on the 13th.

How early prior to your availability is SWA calling with interview offers for most guys?

Just out of curiosity, what is the age range of people getting hired lately. Curious whether they’re young (30s) or us old guys (40s/50s)

Depending on the class the most jr is usually born in the 80’s and the most Sr in the 60’s. Pretty good mix through that range.

Thanks for the info. How did you know that they sent out the pria requests?

When you fill out the form there’s a box you can check to get copies of the reports. Or I guess if you know someone they’ll tell you when the request comes through.
