Default Pilot arrested for loaded gun in his carry-on

A pilot for Southwest Airlines was arrested at St. Louis Lambert International Airport for having a loaded 9mm pistol in his carry-on luggage, officials said Wednesday.

The 51-year-old male pilot was detained at a TSA checkpoint at about 4:45 a.m. Wednesday. His name wasn't released.

Easy. Permanently strip him of his access to secured areas of an airport to include a cockpit. If he isn't responsible enough to remember he had a gun in his work bag or where all of his guns are, he is not responsible enough to fly an airplane.

It’s nowhere near an excuse. It’s a disciplined tactic/habit. Where do you see an excuse in my post?
