Mine also says "closed/complete". I also received an email today that said "After careful consideration of all information you provided, you were not selected at this time." I was surprised to get an email this soon (even though it wasn't what i wanted to hear).

That might be your hint to get your app reviewed by a professional, see if there are any errors or omissions in there that might get your application closed instead of remaining in review status. Lots of resources out there, from "simple" resume and application review to full-up application through interview prep.

It could be something as simple as a typo in your hours making it so the numbers make no sense or don't meet minimum requirements. Or it could be something else entirely that you're just not seeing. Spend some bucks to get it scrubbed by someone with a good success record. Lots of recommendations in here, like CareerTakeoff.com

A silly question. I can only find the pilot credentials and not the SWA company application. I understand is that one must complete both application in order to apply, is this correct?

Are interview invites still going out, or does everything stop until this requisition closes?

Where are you guys seeing this? On pilot credentials on the bottom of homepage mine says "active". Is there a submit button or does it just "go live" when you select save??

It’s on the careers page of the SW site where you log in to apply,.... I think. Not the credentials page.
