Previous Job Fairs and recent Window
All,
I attended the last two internal recruiting events. I received positive feedback but no interview invite thus far. I applied in this latest window. My question is, does Southwest People Department keep track of those that attended the job fair that were not selected in that current window. Common sense tells me that they would keep track of those that have pursued them, but I have also heard that they don’t keep track of it. Any insight would be nice.

For what it’s worth, they told me several times at the last job fair to select job fair and make sure it had the correct date on it.

FWIW, I attended the first fair in September of 2016. Thus far, no call but I keep trying! Each submission, I still select, under “How did you hear about this opportunity”, “Career fair Sept. 2016”. I am only offered that fair to select so I assume they must associate my login with that fair in some way? Regardless, I always keep things updated and hope for the best!

I specifically remember Rocky saying it does not matter on what box you check and it does not sort your app any differently it is just for them to get an idea on how people are hearing about them. I had the same question about it.
