Default Southwest interview e-mail question

Had this in the hiring section, but figured it probably should be its own topic.

I received an e-mail interview recently and very excited. When I go online to pick an interview date (Hiring Information tab), there are no dates available for interview. I asked the HR department and they advised to wait until other dates become available. No problem with that. However, on the same Hiring Information tab they ask for Date, Airman Certificate #, Drivers License Number, DL Expiration Date, DL State Issued. Does anyone know what the Date is they are asking for? Is it the date of your interview or current date? Want to move forward as much as I can without the interview date. Thanks for the inputs.

I was unsure of this myself and left it blank.

I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure that date will populate to the forms you need to fill out. So, should be your interview date once you know it.

So I take it there still may be some invites coming out this week too? Or should I just shrug my shoulders until window number 7?

Question for the military people doing the paperwork for the interview, on the one form that has you go back ten years for work history and five year lookback for record keeper, what did people put for record keeper? For AF peeps, did u put ur HARM or SARM? If not who? TIA.

There’s an instruction section in the packet that explains this.

That date is the date of your interview when you know it. It will auto fill the paperwork your print with the date of the interview per the instructions. Check back multiple times a day because you never know when an interview slot might pop up.

The packet just says the person who oversees your flight training records. It’s vague, does it want flight hours keeper, hence the HARM or actual training records that Stan eval/training would keep. I don’t think the instructions spell that out at all.

I could swear it said the HARM office when I filled it out. That’s the info I put two years ago.

Been checking back daily to see if there are new interview dates posted, but nothing yet. I'm sure it will populate, but here is a question.

Does anyone know if you receive the interview e-mail invite that you are guaranteed to get an interview?

Basically, if you miss the opportunity to select dates that come up (say you are flying with no internet access) and those dates get selected by others, could there be a chance you don't get an interview date?
