I got the CJO on the day of the DB. I'm so excited to join the Southwest team!

I was on the 16th tee box. Par 3, 155 yards. The Houston CP called. Other three teed off and I said I would meet them at the green if I was still on the phone.

Finished the call just as they finished teeing off. I stepped up, 7 iron in hand, layed it on the green 15 feet short of the hole and right. Missed the birdie putt, but got the par and the job!!!!!!! Love it here. Wish I had come sooner.

I got the call around 11, super excited to get started but conflicts at home I can start till May (I know seniority, moving the earth and sky etc).

Anyone have some gouges or study guides? I’d love to get started and get ahead beyond the stuff on pilot credentials

I would just enjoy your time with family before coming to class. All of the pre class CBT’s have to be redone once class starts. You will be prepared for all of the phases of training. The only thing you could buy is the Cockpit Companion app, it was the biggest outside resource that I used.

It’s more for overnights ha.

I don’t see a cockpit companion app, what version of the 737 is class based off of? I see there’s quite a variety of 737 apps

Complete waste of money, at least in my case. Bought Cockpit Companion and it still resides on my iPad but I found that all the stuff the company throws at you is more than adequate to get you ready for the oral.

Save your money. You'll need it for beer.

^ This 100%! Save your money and enjoy the time off with your family. Training is easy but you won't have too much time off, so it'll feel longer than it is (2 months roughly).
