How's the DEN base? Where does it fall on the SWA seniority ranking? How long should a new FO expect to wait until they could make DEN?

Looks like the Jr Den FO was started class late Nov and made it into DEN this month after spending a couple months in PHX. So roughly 6 months from DOH...
