Jan. 2018 was like flipping the open time switch to off in MCO. And it's gotten worse.

If your NZ is still 0, there is plenty of open time.

If you want P just fly your trip.

Seems like every trip I do has PP all over it. (I don’t care about my layovers, I’m here for $$ not beers at Chochkys)

Get a Check Airmen position at your current employer and I'll bet when you do your update the interview email will go out within seconds! The 737 type isn't the magic it once was back in the day. Check as many boxes as possible. Good luck!

I must be bidding wrong. I average an extra 3-5 tfp per month, if that, due to scheduling's "everyone's on reserve!" reroute buffoonery.

And how does one become a Check Airman as a first officer?

I might also suggest being a New Pilot Mentor at your 121 carriers if they have such a program. I think it might have been what pushed a buddy of mine over the top to get the interview. You can generally do this as an FO. It demonstrates leadership, caring and volunteerism (as these are typically non-paid positions). Best of all it really helps out those coming into the 121 world for the first time.

Yeah, but have you tried their Pizza Shooters!

I got an extra 14 on my last trip! A 3-day at that. They changed it on day one, and the rest of the trip was PP. My Capt was complaining about all the rerouting, but I was loving the extra $$

Yep. No case of the Mondays for me.

Last month ended with over 20t more including a JA.

Are AMs or PMs better for PP or is there no difference?
