Looks like there was an incident at the D gates this morning & the gate agent was wheeled away on a gurney. Any more info?

Precedent says this guy will walk away scott free. There was a guy who assaulted a gate agent in EWR about a decade ago, breaking the neck of the gate agent, and he was found not guilty.
