Probably a cheaper/better option than buying JetBlue. If the motive is fleet diversification and eliminating competition in cost effective manner I would chose NK. B6 is going to have a hefty price tag if they are to be bought.

Airbus lease returns 1 this year, 2 next year, and the bulk of lease expirations are 2021-2024. Until the fleet plan is announced in Q1 2020, it is not a guarantee AS remains a dual-fleet airline.
