Nuts is a good history book about the company, Lead With LUV, is a short interview with Colleen Barrett. And if you want an early 2000s comparison with other companies you can read The Southwest Airlines way. Just to get a feel about where they are coming from. |

Yup. Have a friend here hired in 2018. Zero TPIC. was a former romper so that probably helped.
