Does anyone get BWI out of training?

I got BWI out of training about 5 months ago. A few guys got it the last class.

How long to hold MCO? I know it's a senior base overall. Most junior MCO captain?

The biggest issue with MCO (I think PHX too) is that it is a pre retirement base.

On the Capt side, senior guys move here the last few years of their careers, and on the FO side, we've got folks that can hold Capt (even some that can hold MCO Ca) camping out at the top of the list. This stagnates the list in both seats.

FWIW, I am guessing that the $10k SALT deduction limit has increased the number of BWI and MDW folks moving to MCO. I have moved down almost 10 numbers since last summer and many of the "new" folks came from those bases.

Heard Hobby was doable a few months out of training. Is this still true?

What's the flying like out of Vegas? I know Frontier and Spirit out of LAS is a lot of red eye flying. Is it similar at SWA?
