Not sure why this is such a concern, guys! We already have official company communication that says this is due to weather and ATC! Can’t very well make accusations against us when you have already advertised the “cause” for this catastrophe.

IMSAFE is private pilot 101. The company placed undue stress on you guys and you made the safest decision by staying home. I commend you all for your commitment to safety!

All of these sorts of ideas have been hashed out a bazillion times in past labor disputes. They don't hold water in the eyes of the courts. Again, best strategy is to be quiet and maintain the status quo. Let the union handle it with the courts. Don't make their job more difficult.

Please listen to this guy. While I personally feel this is mismanagement and I have not seen competing stats to indicate anything along the lines of pilot demonstration I will say if there is even a hint, a little string to pull at all to make the pilots look bad and take the heat off management they will find it and use it.

In that regard FOR THE LOVE OF GOD get your spouses off the FB hen page. It that is every leaked publicly it makes no difference what the facts indicate. It’s a PR nightmare. Jesus people…..

Don’t they know that gentlemen pilots are supposed to ask the officials who administer the RLA for permission to color ever so slightly outside the lines?

Ask the right people you would be amazed the stats that tracked….
