Casey on Glenn Beck today. Was asked about Gary Kellty's statement that no one will get fired. Sounds like people who don't comply will be placed on unpaid leave. It was confusing though so not sure that's right. If true, at least guys will remain on seniority list. That's something.

Also, personally, I think if Casey is going on a super-conservative media show for an interview, he also ought to go on a "liberal" show like The Young Turks or Morning Joe or something. Not all SWAPA pilots are of one stripe.

plus most on those right leaning shows already agree. It's the left shows that need to be educated in why pilots are different. My neighbor who is as left as they come made the statement to me today that he doesnt care if the whole country grinds to a halt over the mandate. The vaccine is the most important thing right now. More important than anyone's jobs or the country being able to function.

Just claim religious exemption.

a federal judge just ruled that United can’t force its employees to be vaccinated if you have a religious reason.

No, that is NOT what happened.

He issued a temporary hold (for a week and a half) while the case is considered further. Common practice in a case like this where you cannot undo the vaccination once it's done.

It’s not in the constitution now. What are you talking about?

It’s gone because there was enough support to remove it. If you don’t like something in the constitution, then get it removed. You’ll need to gather enough support though.

Why? For a non immunizing injection? An injection that doesn’t stop infection or transmission? One where the vaccinated carry just as high a viral load infecting everyone around them? Hence, they have no immunity. They have a therapeutic that doesn’t work well past 6 months looking at UK data. And really, if we’re being honest look at the real world data. There is no correlation between vax rates and lower cases. Hartford study said the same thing. Hospitalizations have been unaffected by high vax rates, further they appear to cause spread. Vermont, Hawaii, Alaska, Maine. Even in far flung Mongolia they had almost no cases, started their vax campaign, and their cases spiked in synchronization with vax rates to the worse on the entire planet. Look at Singapore. 90% vax rate now cases higher than the US pop adjusted with hospitalizations and deaths spiking. If anything it’s the vaccinated that are a risk to others and need to test. So, putting unvaxed people on unpaid leave defies logical sense given the actual data, that is, the actual science. Further, what if they have natural immunity. It is those who are the ones who are actually safe and unlikely to spread. Not the injected.
