New thread to post info about the window that just closed for 2022 hiring.

Have the 2nd window invites been going out yet ? I’m about a month away from applying to all the airlines because I’m tired of waiting and I know I’ll get a call quickly with the others.

I have to live in a place that only Southwest has a hub for so I’m trying to maximize my quality of life.

be sure this attitude is on full display when your interview day finally comes. You’ll do great! Why wait a month? Expecting them to call you?

It's a buyers market. I think his/her perspective is 100% reasonable right now. No longer do applicants have to show up hat in hand begging for a job. The airlines are competing for a limited pool of applicants. He wants SWA due to location, but you can't wait forever for them to call. Might as well apply elsewhere. Seniority is everything. Good for him/her.

This airline is more lost than that triple 7 that keeps washing up on beaches.
