"Audit Needed" question

With the new incentives they've added for Thanksgiving and Christmas flying, both previously scheduled and premium opportunities, how will the boards get audited?

I just completed a 2-day open time trip that I bid straight pay because the language indicated that we should just bid it and the premium will be calculated later. But my board doesn't show this.

Any insight that I'm not getting? My total TFP should be way higher than it is displaying currently. Anyone else have this? Will these all be recalculated at the end of the month?

Thanks for any insight.

What does your payroll report say?

All of the open time I've seen posted already has the double time applied to the legs.

It does not indicate premium pay.

This is the reason I ask. This trip I just completed should show as a premium trip. There is no indication of me being credited 150% or 200%.

I'll try to contact someone.

If your trip still says Audit Needed then it hasn’t been audited yet. Once it says Audit Complete, if your pay doesn’t change, then you will need to call payroll to have them re audit the trip. If that doesn’t fix it, call SWAPA and they will get it correctly audited for you.

Call sked and tell them to add a audit needed line if you’re worried about it. Every trip wiithin the window is supposed to be automatically audited.

I didn't correctly state this. Sorry for the confusion. It doesn't say "Audit Needed" when it should because I've already had one anomaly earlier in the month. That one was a minor one and maybe it was already cleared up because I think this was indicated.

It'll get sorted out. But with them offering 200% pay we don't need to miss out on this stuff.

Called Payroll and they added the "Audit Needed".

Carry on with the usual stuff. This will get sorted.

Okay, didn’t realize that nothing had been put on the trip at all. Glad to hear that they added the Audit Needed to your trip.

They have until early December to audit your trips, they just had a ton of work dropped on their laps, and auditing a trip early only puts you closer to or over the CAP. It's not usually a good thing to have an audit done quickly...

It'll all be taken care of in time. Don't worry about it.
