1st year pay is $87.06/TFP, and initial training is guaranteed at 5 TFP/day. I think they have a schedule of about 18 days of work/mo during initial. I want to say it usually ends up around 88-90 TFP/mo during initial training. But I’m not 100% sure on that.

I’m pretty sure the 401K starts right away. And we get PS paid out in March, if we have any PS. Last year was around 4.2%. You don’t earn PS your 1st year here, so the first time a 2022 hire will see any PS will be in March ‘24.

New hire pay is based on guarantee for that particular month. No per diem.

89/87/85 trips for a 31/30/28&29 day month. It’s prorated for your first month if you don’t start on the 1st of the month.

I think they recently changed profit sharing for new hires. You get prorated profit sharing as long as you start before July 1st. I think the union just put something out about that. Or maybe it was something they’re looking for in the new contract.

I probably average about 150 TFP a month. Usually working about 15-16 days. Some months more, some less. With the reroutes, JA, available open time, the TFP has been skewed a bit higher than normal for just about everyone the past year...

You're not. Its 75.77 for FO first year pay.
