Is there truly no way to list someone if they can’t access myidtravel in a pinch?

We tried to get a Skywest jumper on at the gate one day, the ops agent said they HAVE to go through the company Idtravel website... no other way.

Went through this a few months ago with a guy. Couldn't make it happen. It was embarrassing.

An experienced CSA would know how to make a listing. It can be done.

The only people that can get on the cockpit without a listing are FAA inspectors. CSAs can get them on. I have been told they can get us on using the same method, but I haven't seen that happen in practice.
I save a buddy pass for just this reason.
