Ground instructor questions

Hey guys,

Hope everyone is doing well. I'm strongly considering an instructor position with SWA, but before I start getting too far into the process, can anyone give me a general idea of what the first-year base is? I know that the salary was recently adjusted, so that's going to be a major consideration for me along with QOL if there is any :). Also, any insights into the schedule would be appreciated given that my commute one way is about 50 minutes. This is one of a few options I'm considering and if the base pay is there and the schedule isn't a complete nightmare (I'm not worried about the early morning / late night stuff, I can manage), I may want to make the move over there if I can.

Thanks in advance.

Never mind - SWA got ahold of me and I've got these questions answered. Thanks.

SWA got ahold of you, eh? Did it look like the gimp scene from Pulp Fiction?

Oh yeah.... it would be a pretty significant pay cut which would be okay if the QOL looked promising, but that doesn't look promising either haha. Oh well, never hurts to explore other options.
