Pilotcrentials times

Not sure exactly whats going on here, but I've been electronic on my logbooks ever since I finished my primary training. My logbook exports directly to a pilotcredentials format, however my times do not match up. I know that some of the discrepancy will be due to it not taking decimal numbers however a 100 hour discrepancy seems like too much to me. Is there any tips as to why this usually occurs so I can find out how to fix it? Does SWA not use the SIC category to include dual received? I've gone over my flight time breakdown over and over and can't find why the times are so off of the actual logbook. The numbers all match. (aside from there being no decimals)

Or is this something I'm looking too far into??

1000 hour turbine really a rule?

So I've seen the window has opener again still lacking the 1000 turbine but fully typed in the 737 with 1600 hours. Is southwest really holding strong to that rule? And are they going to let it go at some point?

Dual needs to be either SIC or PIC. Those two should match Total time. Mine was the same way and had to go back and make some audits. Nobody ever questioned it. I think it’s all just understood when they comb your logbooks. If you get selected for the interview, and full discloser we hope you do, then they will just look for the tabbed highlights they ask for. If you have any more questions feel free to ask.

I had the same issue and it was because I logged Dual Received and PIC time, which is legal but not what SWA wants. When I removed that PIC time from pilot credentials and it made my total times match. I did not remove this time from logbook. I included a copy printed of the pilot credentials summary in my logbook printout with a note that said 100hrs removed from PIC time that was logged while receiving instruction.

Exactly, don’t scratch anything out or try to move anything around just go and move the dual to SIC. Make the note and correct it on PC. The PCs can cause heartburn and then you’ll be worried about the logbook review. As long as you have the note and all the tabs in your paper logbook so they don’t have to spend time looking for everything the logbook review will go smoothly. They want to sit and chat with you and have a good time not see you sweating adding numbers up on a scratchpad!

Thanks for the replies guys. Looks like that’s it. I’ll correct the pilot credentials and just notate the difference in the logbook.
