Definitely recommended to do interview prep. However, I didn’t pay too much for interview but I did spend money on app review. I would recommend Vicki Ross for interview prep. Affordable price, and super nice lady and she will help you a lot.

If the interviewers think you are regurgitating “prep” material it’s a huge turn off for them.

Be prepared. Don't be an ass. And no, regardless of what's said here how we won't be able to hire as many as we're looking for, we aren't taking just anyone who can fog a mirror. In fact, there are still many days that more than half the applicants don't get through for various reasons.

It’s a multimillion dollar career. Prepare yourself accordingly. Whatever tools you need to use to make yourself be the best candidate and self-presenter should be used.

And yes, canned answers are a killer. Learn how to not sound like a robot. People like Judy Tarver and Vicky Ross can help you do that.

I did the emerald coast stuff and watched the videos. Never did a one on one with them but I do believe the videos gave a me a good foundation on how to talk about myself. I always found it hard to talk about myself but they give you a roadmap.

You'd kind of have to be in the bottom of the barrel to not get selected.
