Crew Scheduling Notification Form
 
Check out the new Crew Scheduling Notification Form on Comply. If you Sync, it’s in My Forms -> Flight Ops. Guess my question is how do you know it’s been received, and how long before you receive approval? (especially with release from reserve or release from deadhead)

I’m sure in a few weeks when swa has recovered from this the response will be within 5 mins or so. Right now, you send it & do what you need to do. They have zero clue where anyone is so it’s just a cya. We are way past IROPS and into prison rules territory.

Sadly nothing with change. It will be blamed on the weather and have not learned anything. Now BJ is using the term all hands on deck, it would be nice if they would lead by ‘example .

It’s not in the contract. They’ll start abusing this somehow, and if they actually took SWAPA’s suggestions all this would be automated and included in a new deal. I’m done bailing them out.

I’ll wait 30m on hold and then do what I need to do.

You’re a fool if you’re waiting 3 hours on hold. Clear yourself direct to the nearest hotel, expense it, and wait. If it’s the last day, JS home on another carrier.

We have to stop letting them own us like this. 30m after a CX and then I’ll do what I need to do. They seriously do now know what city people are in. Zero percent chance of me waiting 3 hours on hold.

Yup, done this the past two days. Called scheduling, waited on hold for 30 minutes, then took care of me and the people with me. Called the NOC CP to see if they wanted to know where I was bedded down. Said nope, we will call you if we need to get in contact with you. Keep your receipt, file for reimbursement. 4 hours after I got in the hotel, they updated my board. Last night, got my own room in HOU after the DH I was scheduled on pushed as I was blocking in next door. Was at the hotel bar eating dinner when scheduling called me. Said we have a change to your schedule. Going to overnight you in AUS, then DH you to HOU, then …. Informed him sounded like a great plan, however, I’m not in AUS, the DH you scheduled me on pushed prior to me blocking in. Lucky for you I’m in HOU eating dinner at the hotel bar, I’ll see you tomorrow, thanks for all of your hard work.
