1. Read the contract. There is a whole section on it. If you know what you are doing, overlap can be very profitable for your pay or time off.

Every now and then they will surprise you and pull something paid in the current month if their open time inventory is too high in overlap. I could pretty much count on dropping 2-3 days a month.
7. Good luck. It’s a fun game to play, but you have to take a L every now and again. It’s how you learn.
