Still no class date?

Interviewed on 7/20, job offer the next day, but still no class date.

Anyone else who interviewed around that time get a class date yet?

That should be enough time to get a job at the Big 3, no?

Strongly suggest you do not go to SWA - it is a daily dumpster fire with poor pay and benefits

The company’s official opinion, “pilot QOL doesn’t benefit the company”.

Congratulations! Maybe give them a call and ask? Tell them you’re willing to come at short notice.
True you are joining the company at a challenging time, and morale is very low. But this group is committed to earning an industry leading CBA so hopefully by the time you hit the line your decision will be one you can be proud of! See you out there!

Lol good lord fellas- fan the fires at the picket. Firstly, I imagine it looks worse if they come to SWA first then leave as opposed to not at all. Secondly, we are below average paid 737 pilots- act like it.

To think it is one thing. To say it at pilot negotiations is another . This place hates the pilot group .

Just came from recurrent and my take away is no end in site of this nightmare. Got to see my sim bud from new hire. We agreed coming here 5 years ago was one of the biggest regrets of our career. I would strongly not advise anyone come to SWA unless you need the CJO to land an interview at the big 3.

It's depressing to know we have completely waited 5+ years of our life here.

Furlough warn letter, "get a shot or your fired", meltdown after meltdown, 700 Max with no delivery date in site, pay for parking, no crew food, pay for your own uniforms....its a regional with bigger airplanes and less technology.

The smart 200 already left this year

There are a number of things we do that benefit the company that doesn’t quite benefit the pilot group.
I’m sure you can think of a few- remember that……
