Did anyone's price actually go up?
Everyone that said "my price just went up" and votes yes to this contract is a chump. I'm not going to hash out the pay again, but the sentiment was stated over and over and over. And it looks like many that said it were absolutely FOS.
If you never said anything like it, this isn't about you. So don't get you frilly panties twisted. |

The fact remains it could be 500 TFP and many regulars on APC would be a hard no. They would lose their identity otherwise....

I have to agree. While 3-4 sections have great improvements, this TA is not the home run SWAPA has been messaging for, picketing for, setting up strike centers for, nor had a SAV for. Best negotiating environment ever and suddenly ~80% are fatigued and scared of waiting.

As predicted. At least this time we didn't give too much away, and we're closer to an industry standard contract than ever before. That's huge for this pilot group. |

No, it wasn't. The only thing driving the majority now is fear. |

The best negotiating environment was a year ago. I don’t think we are in it anymore and my concern of kicking this down the road is that there is little incentive for the company to move quickly. Sure we could eventually take this all the way however there is a price for that as well.
