This all day. But we announced an extra inch at the cost of an inch for 70%. Then ticked off every other pax with bag fees. While adding service between BNA and some other crap US city. Alaska had 10% PS and is expanding their network world wide. Our idiot managers double down on DEI and bamboo stir sticks.

Starbucks market cap is over 111 billion. Many are drinking that cup of sugar and calories.


Like others are pointing out , this place is lost with no real leadership and we have pilots that are focused on someone's hobby.

Just because we find her videos cringey and unpalatable doesn’t mean we’re not focused or concerned about the direction the company is heading and the ineptitude in DAL.

I don't think ALK is a good comparison at the moment. They already have a regional feed, they are a hub and spoke carrier, widebodies they just acquired and belong to One World Alliance. Those thing's took years and some in some cases decades to do. None of those things exist at SWA in it's current form. The invasion of ALK taking over DAL, HOU, MDW, BWI, LAS, MCO, STL, MCI, DEN and PHX is very slim. No doubt they are a formidable carrier and the most consistently profitable company in the business. The big threat is the big three. They have real leverage over SWA. They have more overlap then anybody. If SWA dumps it's LCC business model, all three will fight for that higher yield.

Speaking of influencing—I heard an influencer captain has influenced his way into impregnating a flight attendant and is now being influenced into divorce. Anyone hear that one?

All 4 are a threat and Alaskas is increasing with every move. They will attack the west coast. We have nothing to fight anyone at this point. Our managers aren't doing a darn thing about it. It will be interesting to see what AWs big secret is. My guess is that it will be SWA underwhelming as usual.
