Working Through the Application
Total new guy question-
What in the heck to put in the "skills" box on the app? I'm a retiring mil guy and I'm struggling on what they're looking for in skills. Any magic words to avoid or use? Thanks! |

Not being rude, but the lady who runs this company used to work in the SWA people department. They will know how to ask the questions and word-smith *your* answers into HR speak. The money you spend on this will be earned back in a few months of per diem once you’re on the line and complaining like a normal pilot about ‘X’. Some folks interview without prep just fine. I chose to use it and it helped out a lot. Which might be self incriminating. Good Luck, we’ve got a great group of people to work with here. |

Probably want to pass on the “bombing” and “strafing” skills stuff. A lot of HR people come from liberal arts backgrounds. Good luck. 😉😀 |
What about leadership skills, organizational skills, managerial skills, supply chain skills, counseling skills, skills from your degree program, “employee” development skills, teamwork skills…
