No. Sl13 allowed at pilots with a negative sick balance to settle the deficit with the company. I don't know the details as it was between AT pilots and the company and we don't have the negative balance provision, but I don't think it harmed them. I'm sure I will be corrected if I'm wrong. Sl12 and 14 is mostly about international and redeyes.
