I had an expired license (military exempt) when I applied. I put that old license number in, put my AD expiration date as the expiration date, and submitted that way.
You have to have a current license for the interview. A few days before my interview, I went and got a new license and filled that number in on a separate packet of paperwork that they give you for the interview. It is for your background check.
If you know your old license number, I would just fill it in, get a new license when/if you are in the states for your interview, and explain the situation to them. I seriously doubt it will be a problem as long as you are forthright.

Looks like the app window is still open. Should have closed 3/23.

Any guesses on why it is still open? Anyone hear of any interview invites?

I've heard some thanks but no thanks letters emailed out already but that's all I heard so far
