I think you go over to WN as a pilot after 3 years and glass door says pay starts 61k. That's all I know. Can anyone else shed some light on this?

there is no flow thru to WN pilot position, however, it may get you an interview quicker. and I mean, MAY.

In order to apply, interview and be hired, one must also meet all hiring minimums. I know several instructors who want to apply for a pilot job but lack the TPIC.

They just got a new contract, so I'll try to double check that number.
