For the guys and gals that didn't use professional prep services, what did you read or study to prepare? I was reading some people talk about the book "nuts" is that book still a good read? It's seemed a little older so I wasn't sure if it was relevant. Just looking for suggestions bc I want to make sure I put my best foot forward and get it on the first try.

I am filling out the Pilot Credentials info right now and I had a couple of questions(imagine that)
When they ask for references are they looking for the same people that wrote you a LOR? or some other outside reference?
Then the next one under Background Info it asks if you are a resident of different states and then says resident of Non applicable. You would click yes to the non applicable correct?

Trips
I assume it varies quite a bit from pilot to pilot, but just wondering what the normal trip is like. Meaning on each day you fly, are you constantly loading/flying/unloading 3 or 4 times a day with no time to take a breath, or sometimes just one longer leg on a day?
