YouTube the documentary on southwest. It really helped me and put me in the SWA mentality.

I am filling out the Pilot Credentials info right now and I had a couple of questions(imagine that)

When they ask for references are they looking for the same people that wrote you a LOR? or some other outside reference?

Then the next one under Background Info it asks if you are a resident of different states and then says resident of Non applicable. You would click yes to the non applicable correct?

I assume it varies quite a bit from pilot to pilot, but just wondering what the normal trip is like. Meaning on each day you fly, are you constantly loading/flying/unloading 3 or 4 times a day with no time to take a breath, or sometimes just one longer leg on a day?
