TA2 passed

84.3% yes with 96% participation.

And one of the best parts of our new contract is that TA2 does not include any specific language about what foreign carriers we, Southwest pilots, would agree to as codeshare partners with management.

If Gary gets to the point where he is certain he wants to ink a codeshare deal with one or more foreign carriers, he will have to negotiate the acceptability of each prospective codeshare deal with SWAPA.

No more side-letters, gentlemen. If Gary wants a codeshare deal he can pay us - more. Period.

^^^^^What he said^^^^^
The lack of a "white list" is great negotiating capital going forward.
Zero side letters!

I'll put money on maintenance announcing a TA within a week. GK must be drooling over his acquisition announcement.

Voted NO. ONE BILLION DOLLARS LESS THAN PLATFORM. Guess I'm in the minority....again.

Hmmm

Interesting statistic: That one billion the yes voters saved the company is nearly 20 percent of B6 market cap...very interesting.

And hostile takeovers are much easier to do with cash instead of leverage, right?? 😂🤑
