***? Are we losing that many guys? My god DTW is covered in red. I can't drop anything. 7 days out of 30 are green for April. It's only going to turn more red. Sick calls I'm sure. :eek:

I would guess its pilots dropping trips.

It has to be 75% green after final and before IOT. So the only thing that would truly make it go that red are a bunch of drops when they are green at IOT, and not as many people picking those trips up to take them out of the red, so the day remains red.

Even IOT only had 7 green days to start with. that's about ~25% green. that much red is bad news.

If that is the case that would be a blatant violation of the red/green language. Are you sure this wasn't at the conclusion of IOT? Grid needs to be 75% green at the open of IOT. It could potentially be 100% red at the close of IOT.

Next time I'll get a screen shot. I know the DTW Captain IOT was less than 25%. I was with a guy calling the union about it.

I think LAS went red really fast due to upgrades and moves, however even FAs said that reserve call-ups late March and so far in April have been brutal so maybe there's something else going on with the system..???

I have 6 good friends at Spirit right now. 4 of them have Legacy interviews and 1 has already been hired waiting on a class date, the last one has no PIC time so he's holding out for the new contract to decide if he bails or not...but, 5 out of 6 that I know of personally jumping ship very soon so that tells you something! HAHA

Aside from the golden handcuff crowd I think everyone has a one-foot-in-one-foot-out attitude. If we don't wind up with something reasonable I'll be one looking to get out as well.
