May Initial open time broken?

Anyone else see the May IOT reserve grid strangeness? Min reserves set to 1 every day... That could be unfortunate for those of us actually on reserve.

According to the grievance committee email it will be fixed by IOT deadline.
There are currently more red days than yesterday!
How is one supposed to bid without knowing what is red?

In IOT, I ALWAYS bid it. When people senior to you add/swap/drop the grid might change to your benefit......
