Kudos LAS FO's holding strong tonight as LAS-DTW cancels. Multiple calls for a JA and nobody snagged it. Although a senior FLL CA was covering the LAS pairing FO's held the line!

I was surprised myself. I got the call around 5 PM. So there's plenty of time for someone to take it.

This is music to my ears!!! Keep up the good work FOs! Also, don't be afraid to politely chat with your captains about helping the company during this crucial time. :)

I saw what Abby was also saying, for which I included in the entire post. And, for which I agree. Giving praise to those that hold the line by not picking up anything extra for personal gains. BUT.......I did have to point out a bit of hypocrisy there as well which is noted in my last sentence of 'do as I say not as I do.'

Way to go LAS FO's! We should all take it upon ourselves to refocus this entire negotiation on the responsible parties for ALL of the failures in our operation...THE COMPANY. For what is Bob paid 7 million dollars? For taking your salaries, extorting your time to his benefit. While at the same time, providing a product which can't staff it's planes, supply headsets, sufficient rampers to park the scheduled amount of arrivals, provide standard transportation coverage for his crews on layovers, operate a scheduling software product, or basic support when they've been in business how long??

The same crews who are busy protecting the safety of 20% more pax PER flight than their peers. Anyone who helps out such treachery and deceit is the fool being taken. Those of us drawing boundaries supporting our worth see the picket line crossing nature of your short sighted, immature, selfish and strength eroding behavior. How will it feel if our negotiated increases went to only those who fought for them?

They called me this morning for some ord trip. Such a shame I was sleeping so I missed the call. I could have had a long discussion with them about the trip, all the details, how much gravy, and then said no way.
