Business Expenses not pre-tax

Paid for a cab last month and noticed that I got taxed on my out of pocket expenses.
Has anyone else seen this?

If this is so than that will be the last $80 dollar taxi I pay for.

You shouldn't be getting taxed. That's crazy. It's not income.

I had to cover a hotel night in FLL because some low-tier employee couldn't be bothered to adjust my reservation after my training schedule was changed and it took a month and 3 emails/expense report submissions (the last by a CP) to get reimbursed. Next time I'll just head to the airport and go home...

Same here on this paycheck.

Mine have always shown as a credit against your deductions just like per diem

To the hotel sir. I'm not lingering at the airport. To the airport I agree with you.
