COLA Calculation
 

Attention all rocket surgeons: Can anyone calculate what % raise date of signing would need to be achieved just to account for a 3% yearly cost of living increase from our August 2015 amendable date to November 1, 2017? I'm not good at math.

From Aug 1 2015 to Dec 1 2017 at 3% per year, would be roughly 7.15%.
Minus (mid 20%?) cost reduction due to QOL concessions and PBS.
Proposed 40% raise is closer to 10%...
