So I heard that Mr. J.A. was caught negotiating with Mr. High Five himself behind the MECs back?, undermining the negotiating committee.......

anyone else hear the same and why in the world would he be doing that?

The desperation of these management trolls is pathetic.

Although I don't quite understand how this could be trolling and what type of gains management would get from a post like this I do have a question.

Since we are in the same sort of position Hawaiian was in awhile a go. Did they get their TA in this manner? (Assuming something like this would be true). Or did they have official meetings set up outside of mediation? I know the TA was reached outside of mediation but how that got to that point is unclear.
