Just because Delta did it doesn't mean a whole lot.

Needless to say things are different now.

A different President, different NMB, different Company on the other side of the table.
But make that decision when a TA is presented. If its crap, its crap. If it's ok, it's ok. You can still influence the TA before it is presented. After it is only yes or no.

If you want more information on the process I'd research the RLA, & NMB.

ALPA is you, if you don't like what is going on contact your Representative and let them know. If still nothing changes vote them out. Be willing to volunteer.

It can be a painful process but it is just a process.
